STORY
The Ocean Yacht team has successfully completed the installation of the insulation and ventilation systems in the NB80 Victorious Mega Yacht project built at the Ak Yat shipyard in Turkey. Within the scope of the project, insulation works and the installation of the central ventilation system were carried out in a total area of 4,500 m². This process was completed in more than two years.
The following steps were implemented for the successful delivery of the project:
- Before the material application, light sanding was performed on all surfaces, and insulation nails and studs were installed.
- Damping paste application was meticulously completed in the areas specified in the insulation project (e.g. shaft bearings, engine room bulkheads).
- Paroc and Fire Master insulation materials were used in accordance with the project.
- Mass layer applications were carried out to increase the efficiency of the insulation.
- Clean air and exhaust systems were installed in accordance with the standards specified in the project.
- Fan Coil units were placed in the correct positions according to the requirements of the relevant working environments.
The Ocean Yacht team successfully completed the project by adhering to high standards and once again proved their expertise in the sector.
